Bledsoe Architects designed the Orr BMW of Shreveport dealership as a full-service automotive facility tailored to the brand standards of a premium import dealer. The building houses a 12,000 sf showroom with a dedicated sales training area, a six-person sales area, and six administrative offices areas to support dealership operations. The service department was planned to operate at scale, with a 16-bay service facility, five service advisor stations, and two service manager offices to oversee daily workflow, complemented by a customer service waiting area and dedicated tools and parts storage to keep technicians supplied and service efficient.
